Thus, Redfin does not have their own realtors, but partner realtors. I called Bryan. He showed interest in selling my condo. He drove 40 minutes to have the first visit of my condo. He took video and did extensive marketing through different channels. Very effective and keep reporting the progress. He sold out my condo within 40 days at a reasonable price, especially considering that the real estate market throughout the country slows down. For my condo, there are five similar ones in the three buildings next to each other on the market and mine is the most expensive one. You could imagine my pressure and how challenging the job was. Bryan only charges a half compared to other local realtors. However, I would like to admit that his efficiency is much better than others.
