It was a total pleasure working with Bryan. Not only did he help us through the process and nuances of buying a home, but he did the same helping us sell our townhouse in downtown Stamford. He walked us through the details of suggested improvements/enhancements to sell our townhouse to get the maximum return on our investment. My wife and I have worked with multiple realtors, but never found a place. One thing we always found ourselves asking was “how is this person really helping us”, with Zillow and trulia it is easier than ever to search for all the same homes that any realtor with an internet connection could find. What is really important is finding someone with the local knowledge of the market and who will take he time to know you and your needs, help you find the right neighborhoods, and most importantly, be your advocate once you find the place you love and facilitate the process as smooth as possible. Bryan excelled at all of these characteristics. After meeting us, he helped us choose the right neighborhood for this point in our lives (which wasn’t the original town we contacted him for, and we are happy we listened). He was able to help us form a starting offer once we found a place and he effectively negotiated on our behalf numerous times to get us the best value. He was also able to introduce us to professional services in the area, and the closing process couldn’t have gone smoother (we closed in 30 days). Bryan was the best and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

It's challenging for me to write this review because I honestly do not even know where to start! First, we are so lucky to have found Bryan during our first move in Connecticut. He has been with us, navigating this state and all of it's options, as both renters and first time home buyers. Almost 3 years ago, Bryan took my husband and I around Norwalk as a couple. He gave us all of the options and was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness. After getting to know us more, was able to provide recommendations for both the actual rental property and, most importantly, the community. We spent a year and a half in that condo and it brought SO much joy to us. It was truly a home. As we welcomed a baby boy, we quickly realized we needed more space and started to think about 'community' in a different way. We contacted Bryan and let him know we were interested in looking at homes. Without hesitation, he shifted gears and immediately started showing us homes - family homes, more yard, better schools, etc. Again, he invested in our family and truly took the time to listen to us and our needs. Over the course of months, we changed our budget, the towns, "non negotiables", square footage, room size (everything you could imagine!) And Bryan remained patient with us. After a few offers in a tough market, he never gave up on finding us our home - we were ready to throw in the towel! We found our home in Weston, CT - a town that wasn't even on our radar in the beginning. We've been in our new home for a few months now and literally could not be more pleased. Everything fell into place exactly how we had hoped. We couldn't have done it without Bryan by our side the entire way. Being a first time home buyer is intimidating. Bryan made it easy, fun and manageable. He is so knowledgeable about the area and all of it's offerings. Bryan listens and invests in you and your needs.
