He was actually the agent that sold me the property back when I purchased it so it was nice to be able to have someone I could rely on when selling it. I am currently abroad so Bryan was extremely helpful in helping me with contractors and getting the apartment ready to sell. I don't know if it would have gone as well as it did without him.
