We did not have a lot of experience with Bryan but the experience we did have was great. I messaged him on Friday evening about possibly using him as an agent. We were on the phone within half an hour, and we had a viewing Sunday afternoon (which was our first availability). When we arrived, he had already done a full walk-through, turned on lights, and got familiar with the house. We put an offer in the next day and he took care of all the paperwork for us throughout the process. He was always readily available when we had questions or wanted to meet in person to sign paperwork. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive and efficient agent.

Bryan helped me and my wife when we were apartment shopping, even when we wanted a house but thought there was no way to get to that next chapter in newly wedded life.
