We were very impressed with Bryan Halda. He was very professional sending us daily updates and comps in our neighborhood. Also his photographer and video creator were amazing. We discovered that it is very hard to sell a two bedroom house - seems like everyone want three bedrooms, no matter how small those bedrooms are.
