We were very impressed with Bryan Halda. He was very professional sending us daily updates and comps in our neighborhood. Also his photographer and video creator were amazing. Bryan was the best. I would recommend him to everyone! From start to finish he listened and helped us with everything we needed. This was our first home and Bryan was very patient as we went back and forth on the criteria of the home we wanted. Every home we saw, Bryan scheduled with the seller, had details of home history, and asked questions we would have never thought of. After we saw each home, he gave us the pros and cons of each house and addressed all of our questions. I love that he kept a binder with our name on it and included all the homes we saw and notes about each one. It gave a personal touch and showed he paid attention to detail. In regards to negotiation skills, we always asked for his recommendation. It always amazed us how accurate it was to the appraisal value compared to what the property may have been listed as.
