His communication was great throughout the entire process, and he was very informative about every step, which made buying my first home feel much less overwhelming. When there was a small miscommunication with the title company, he stepped in right away and made sure everything was resolved so I was still able to close that same day. His knowledge of the market and the process really showed, and he made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish.
