I worked with Bryan Cybyske 6 years ago. My wife and I were moving from California to Colorado – and while I had been traveling to Colorado for work related purposes for years, I did not know the housing market or areas which I’d like to live – but I was taking a job in Westminster and this gave me a radius of some 30 miles around Westminster; and a home in Westminster would be ideal. Bryan spent A LOT of time with me as I needed to look at many homes in many areas before making a decision to buy. At one point my wife came out (still living in CA) and Bryan spent a weekend showing her around too. Frankly, I was surprised Bryan ‘stuck with it’ as I know it was painful for him showing me so many homes, in so many different areas. Thankfully, Bryan knew the surroundings to Westminster very well. Finally, I made an offer on one home – then after the inspection, I backed out due to pending home issues with the ground settling. I’m sure Bryan lost sleep that night! (as did I). Bryan was very assuring during this time and helped relieve stress on my part as I had put down a deposit and I wanted to know there would be no issue getting the deposit back. All went smooth. Finally, after a few months (as I recall), I decided on a home we had seen and visited in the past. And after 6 years we are very pleased with the neighborhood and location – so it seems we made the right choice. I should add, my profession is Electrical Engineering and I don’t ever recommend anything without facts to back it up. I can tell you I would use Bryan again without even a second thought. He was professional, courteous, and most of all patient. In my book, this is the best recommendation I could give anyone. I hope you will consider Bryan as I know he’ll do a good job for you too.

We have know Bryan for over 20 years. He is honest. He has integrity. Very patient. He is very knowledgeable. Bryan sold us our house 20 years ago, when we thought there was no way for us to get a home and he found programs that we were eligible for and when it came time for us to sell my husband's parents house we called Bryan.
