Bryan was an incredible relator to work with! I had to sell my house unexpectedly and he was there with me every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, incredibly patient, and he was always available to speak with when I had questions. He gave excellent insight on what needed to be done with the house to sell it for the best possible price. Bryan recommended an electrician, contractor and a cleaning crew. They were all professional, skillful, efficient and really cared about getting the job done right. He even helped me organize a timetable so everyone was on the same page. The media team that Bryan worked with photographed the house beautifully. The house sold incredibly fast and for more then the asking price, it was on the market for less than 3 days! I really appreciate all of Bryan’s hard work and I can’t say enough good things about him. I completely recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
