Bryan was able to sell our condominium in 3 days! Our circumstances required us to sell our condominium in a very short timeframe so that we could close on our new residence. Bryan was able to produce an amazing walkthrough video of our condo, and overhead drone shots of the community. The quality of the video and photos was so fantastic that Bryan was able to attract numerous potential buyers in the first couple days after the listing went up. Bryan consistently communicated with us, and gave us honest assessments about the circumstances we encountered in the process. He also steered us toward Winter Garden for our new home, which has been a wonderful blessing! If anything, we probably made his job more difficult than it had to be because we had constant questions and demands. But Bryan never complained, and continued to do his job well, always looking out for our best interests. Bryan was amazing! We were looking for new construction and had a general idea of what we wanted but Bryan was able to guide us to great communities and reputable builders! You don’t realize how much does NOT come with a new home like clothes washer/dryer and even refrigerators aren’t always included (we had no idea)! Bryan was able to negotiate them paying ALL of our closing costs and a premium appliance package including a clothes washer and dryer!
