Bryan was exactly what we needed in a Realtor! We came to him more than a year before we were actually ready to start shopping for a home. I didn't know that we struck gold with Bryan, however, until closing day. On closing day, as we were signing all of the documents, nothing seemed foreign to us. Bryan had been completely transparent since day one and had supplied us with examples of what we would end up signing. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the sellers and their realtor.
