Really understood our vision and delivered.
I am not someone who often writes reviews. But working with Bryan needs to be shared. After looking on our own for a year, we began working with Bryan and outlined what we wanted. He immediately found multiple choices within our budget. Most importantly he helped us analyze which would be best for the entire family. I was concerned about the process being 4 hours away. However, Bryan handled all aspects of guiding us through the negotiation and closing. It was incredibly easy. My effort was only a few calls and texts. I highly recommend working with Bryan.
