Bryan is a super real estate agent! We had worked with someone in the past that had made the home buying process depressing. Then a friend introduced us to Bryan and it felt like he was sent from heaven. He was very knowledgable, and treated us like family he wasn't just trying to make a sale he was helping us find a home. I've work with several realtors in the last year and let me tell you some were not great, we were pretty disappointed from our past experiences with other realtors. But when we finally got to work with Bryan and Jose They completely changed our aspect of realtors. They went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, they were patient and never tried to push anything on us when it came to putting an offer on the property. Bryan went through the paperwork with me page by page and explained everything in the offer and was always so patient when it came to any question that we had. He along with his partner always listened to what we were looking for and found us properties within our budget and VA Approved. Bryan's outstanding work ethic is what really put his service over the top of other realtors he is always communicating with loan officers and escrow and always managed to keep us in the loop through out the whole process. Bryan also narrowed down the search to specificly match what we were looking for which made the process super easy and what ever we would like or ad to our favorites he would set up appointments to view the property and sent us a itinerary. He was always very prompt and professional and by far was the best experience and best realtor I've worked with. I would recommend his services to anyone because he completely turned everything around for us and helped us get into a home with no issues and he was always upfront with us which I really appreciated and to me that is hard to find specially these days. Buying a home is not an easy process but If you are looking for a realtor that you can trust, will take care of you and will guide you every step of the way look no further! You have found them!
