Honestly, no other realtor could compare to Bryan as far as communication, and his desire to go above and beyond for his clients. He marketed this house in every way possible. It was going to be a difficult process because it was a probate sale, and in the midst of Covid. We hit a few bumps along the way with court closures, but Bryan kept us well informed along the way. He kept us informed of new developments with the courts and changes with the whole process due to Covid and helped to make it overall a less stressful experience. Bryan is all around the best realtor ever. He was able to get our condo sold for tipy top dollar in just 2 days with multiple offers on the table. Once we accepted and offer We were selling to buy so we hit the ground running in looking for a replacement home in just one weekend we saw over 15 homes and found the one that best fit our family.
