Bruce was widely knowledgable but also gave us time to arrive at conclusions right for us.
Bruce was always available and helpful, and also patient and tactful. For us the main decision became, how much money to put into the house and what market to aim at. He gave us as much time as we needed to mull things over. He brought lots of information and resources to help us make this decision. He provided us with online comps of course, but also with his personal knowledge of them and of the streets and neighborhoods of Cambria which he knows like the back of his hand. He could discuss local builders, and decisions about renovation possibilities, as well as possible future market changes and wider demographics in Cambria real estate .
