BRUCE helped the reviewer buy this property

An agent who really works for your interests

A fantastic agent who focuses on your interests. Example, on the day of the closing Bruce went above and beyond by stopping by at the property and noticed couple items which were not correct and immediately called the sellers agent to put an escrow amount to safeguard my interest. Bruce communicates very well and provides every small detail needed to close the house. He arranged the inspections and was physically there as I was not able to be there due to work. I will definitely use Bruce again and will be my pleasure to be recommend Bruce to others.
