I had the best experience with Bruce! This process was so Easy, Effortless and Excellent! Bruce is very personable as well as serious. He made sure he held the builder to his word of giving me the price that was originally promised me. He was available to helping me every step of the way while my home was being built for an entire year. Towards the end Bruce was able to point things out as well as recommended or suggest things at my house to do or how to maintain.
