His knowledge was top-notch, his input was personal and not cookie-cutter, and he led us to our perfect home by taking a vested interest in our lives and putting our needs above a quick paycheck. He is present and responsive during home tours, and he was always prompt to respond to any emails, texts, or phone calls. I really can't say enough good things.
