After graduating from Colorado Christian University in 2017 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Brooks joined Perch Real Estate in January of 2018. With skills in client services, tactical problem-solving, communication, and leadership Brooks is a valuable asset to the Perch Real Estate team. Brooks worked tirelessly to schedule showings, write up offers, and answer our questions honestly (even when it wasn't what we wanted to hear). He would answer his phone 7 days a week (something I appreciated but felt guilty about). He was always chill, never pushy, but he ensured that we stayed on top of our purchase contract deadlines.
