Brookelyn Peterson is a rare find in Southwest Colorado having grown up in Durango, and spending the majority of her life in Colorado. She is a true Colorado local, enjoying all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer with her husband Brent, their son Bear, and her dog Hank.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brookelyn managed a team of employees at a fast-paced local restaurant, which gave her strong skills in managing tough situations and inevitably handling stressful and sometimes chaotic moments with grace. She is still very close with her previous employers, a testament to her commitment to building a long-term bond with the people she knows.
Given her long time residency in the local area, Brookelyn also has a wealth of contacts and a large network and team she can tap into when unique situations arise. Although she loves working with clients that are in all phases of their life and their home buying and selling journey, she has a particular fondness for helping first time home buyers navigate process, acting as a trusted advisor as they enter uncharted territory.
