I made the necessary repairs and adjustments to my home and then Brooke brought in a stellar photographer to showcase the house. Since the pandemic has impacted open house visitations the photos were crucial to capture interest. I am still stunned to say that my house sold in under 2 hours, before it was even listed, for over the asking amount!!! It doesn't get any better than that and it was ALL due to Brooke's incredible drive and knowledge. I can't praise her highly enough!
