I have a strong attention to detail, clear communication and in-depth industry knowledge allowing for a seamless transition to your new home. I was born and raised in Maumee, Ohio and hold a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University. After college I moved to New York City and was employed by Federated Department stores (Macy’s & Bloomingdale’s) where I worked in management, buying, and marketing at both the store and corporate level. After 8 years in NYC, I moved to San Francisco where I worked in Silicon Valley on the sales and marketing team for 2 software startups. I then joined my husband’s fashion apparel manufacturing company in Los Angeles where I was head of customer service and CFO. My solid business background was the perfect training for success in an ever-changing real estate market. I received my real estate license in 2006 and began selling real estate on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast. In 2010, my husband, Herb and I opened Oregon Bay Properties, LLC and had a successful business over the next decade. I specialize in residential properties including single family homes, vacant land, and farms & ranches. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). In 2020 I came full circle and moved back to the Toledo area to be closer to family. I am looking forward to becoming as involved in the Toledo community as I was on the Southern Oregon Coast with a focus on charity organizations and the arts. I am grateful to all my clients over the years and look forward to assisting many more people with their real estate needs in the years to come.

Dream House

We quickly sold our home for a great price and bought the house of our dreams within 6 weeks with Brooke. Brookes’ knowledge and expertise helped us to make sound decisions all the way from pricing to preparing the house to look it’s best for the market. We needed to find a new home quickly which is a difficult task in today’s market. Brooke lined up homes that matched our criteria and guided us to make the right offers. After a few offers, we ended up with a perfect fit for us. The price was perfect. Brooke connected a mortgage lender that is excellent. The house is gorgeous, and we love the neighborhood.

Experienced and very friendly

I met Brooke at a Sylvania Rotary Club Meeting. She has a very friendly and outgoing personality. When I decided to move to an independent living facility; I knew that Brooke could successfully sell my home at the best possible price. She took on the sale with lots of zeal and assured mt that she could market my home successfully. The photos and sales literature were top notch. She even furnished foot coverings so that there would not be any soiling of my carpets and/or flooring. There were six showing scheduled for the first day it was listed, and I had a very good offer before all of the showings were completed! I will recommend her highly if anyone asks for my referral.
