She has an excellent knowledge of the market; provides an actionable list of repairs or upgrades that will have the biggest impact on the marketability of the property while keeping expenses reasonable; she knows the right contractors and service people to get things done quickly and professionally; she does an excellent job of counselling the seller on what works; and does a superb job of marketing the property. Probably the greatest benefit we received in the preparation and listing of the property was Brookes presence to oversee contractor activities when none of the family was present. She did this cheerfully and always followed up immediately if we had questions or concerns. I think the validation of her efforts was best shown through having received five purchase offers in five days, all but one at full asking price or higher. The offer which was accepted closed escrow on time and with no issues. Overall I give Brooke my highest recommendation as a real estate professional who will listen to your needs and concerns as a client and make sure that your home hits the market ready to sell.
