Thanks to Brooke Townsend, the sale of our vacation bayfront condo in Morro Bay went as smooth as possible. Brooke dealt with issues with the HOA, repairs, and details we couldn't handle because of our limitations living 240 miles south in Garden Grove. Brooke kept us well informed every step of the way thru closing of escrow. I highly recommend Brooke for everything to do with real estate. She went on and beyond in every phase.

Brooke worked patiently with me for a year + in this incredibly competitive market. I put offers in on numerous homes but always was out bid! And when I was dejected about finding a place Brooke remained positive. She often said “that house is not for you” and we would move on. FinLly we found a perfect fit with location and price and our offer was accepted. I highly recommend Brooke for experience knowledge and desire to help you find the right home to meet your needs! Thanks Brooke

Brooke Townsend works miracles! I've had the pleasure of working with Brooke twice. Both times Brooke worked miracles. We met when she helped me and my husband by our first home, which was in a great location but needed a lot of work. She was a patient and calming force, which we needed, and this helped us save money and go in with our eyes open. It was a financial stretch but Brooke connected us to the perfect mortgage broker who figured out how we could make it happen. Six years later, we still could not be happier with where we landed. Naturally I turned to Brooke again to help find just the right home for my parents, who I've been trying to convince to move down to SLO county for ages. My parents needed something turn key that was also single story -- something that would be hard to find and harder to secure. With my dad's distaste for paying full price let alone increasing his budget, I figured the situation was hopeless. After Brooke got a feel for what my parents really wanted, she convinced us to broaden our search area beyond the parts of the county we were most familiar with. When a unicorn listing came up, she promptly shared it. It was perfect. Brooke convinced my dad to write a competitive full price all cash offer. I feared this was a sign dementia had crept in, but the man who used to argue in favor of rounding every waitress's tip down rather than up was very lucid when he extolled all the clever virtues of his bid. We somehow avoided a bidding war despite another similar offer. Brooke cheerfully handled every detail to get us through closing, ensuring a thorough inspection, which resulted in a brand new furnace, lining up the roofers, coordinating with the fumigation, and making sure we didn't forget to get home insurance. She even found my parents a realtor in their area to sell their place, which further put their minds at ease. You can't go wrong with Brooke!

I met Brooke after my father passed away and was left in charge of settling his estate, which included selling his home. My father had worked with Brooke many times and held her in high regard. I soon learned why! In what could have been a very stressful experience, she carried me through the entire process of selling his home and did so with ease. She has years of experience and is a professional in every sense of the word! Brooke was completely transparent and was available day and night to answer my questions. She is a wonderful person who is caring and down to earth, but also sharp, intuitive, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She was on top of everything, even the tiniest details, and kept me updated every step of the way. I could not have asked for a more competent realtor. I would recommend Brooke to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home! I can't wait to work with her again!

This was a difficult situation for me and Brooke made every step so easy! She was always available and very patient with every question. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy or sell a house.

Brooke is the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. She knows the greater SLO area in detail. She has long standing contacts with other real estate support professionals, she is honest, total attention to details responds to any client requests right away. Brooke is a total professional you can count on to help you find what you want and she really listens to a client. She was patient with me, looking at many houses in a difficult market. Buying a house can be hard and stressful. Brooke made the transaction happen with a minimum of stress. I highly recommend Brooke to help you find a home in the SLO area. Best real estate agent I've ever encountered.

Brooke was very patient and helpful during my search for a home on the Central Coast. I was moving from Fresno and didn't know exactly where I wanted to live on the Central Coast. Brooke took her time in showing me properties. She guided me through escrow and was always available to me. She's the BEST!

Brooke was professional, great communicator and able to handle both sides of a transaction without a flaw.

We were very particular about the realtor we retained for our house search in SLO County. From the start, Brooke demonstrated a work ethic that we appreciated. She understood our concerns, brought suitable properties to our attention, then quickly closed the purchase with professionalism and speed. Would not hesitate to engage her again for a purchase or a sale—she’s one of the very best.

Everyone wants to have a friend or relative in the industry we need at the time. Be it a mechanic, a computer repair person, a handyman, or even a realtor. From the first conversation, Brooke became that person for us. She's simply a friend who happens to work in real estate and she does it very well! We relocated from the Bay Area so much of our interaction was over the phone and email. Brooke is always quick to answer or respond every time we reach out. Her experience and connection in the industry and area proved invaluable more than once! On one day in particular, I was feeling very frustrated with information I was getting from the finance company. Within seconds, Brooke sensed my frustration over the phone, put my in contact with an expert in the field which she works with and in no time my mind was at ease once again. That's the kind of person I want to work with regardless of the industry but especially with a purchase as important as a home. I would recommend Brooke to my closest friends and family without hesitation every day, every time!
