Brooke is AWESOME! She really helped narrow down what I was looking for, sorting out all the different things I was asking for and helping me focus on what I really wanted and needed. She LISTENS, and then she acts and delivers. She also had to deal with a difficult seller who made the buying process much more difficult than it needed to be, but she maintained her professional, level headed, and practical approach and we were able to close without a hitch. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was delightful to work with and is just an all-around honorable and nice person, which may sound trite; but are underrated character values in today's world. I appreciated her honesty and hard work and will rely on her again in any future real-estate dealings.
