It's been one year since I met Brooke quite coincidentally. I was looking to buy a home out of the state I was living in called a realtor to see a house and met Brooke. The house was not "it" and we had limited time to spend on our trips before having to return home. Brooke was diligent in finding homes for us to see and it was not long that Brooke spotted the home we made an offer on. After the offer was excepted I was talking to a friend a realtor in yet another state she told me that I had a certain amount of time to accomplish this and that. She made me very concerned as moving to a new state I had no connections. I called Brooke she was calm and cheerful and let me know that everything had been put in motion and was being accomplished I had nothing to be concerned about. Even though all this transpired through the Christmas season the transaction was smooth quick and the keys were in my hand. So what should I say about Brooke as a business partner she was bright diligent got the information she needed from her experts she got the wheels rolling and the deal done. She's a winner.
