Brooke is top notch. She is honest professional communicates every step of the way & truly represents you as her client. Not only was she honest but when we had questions that she wasn't sure of the answer she would find the answer or someone who could help. She even drove out of county to show us a few houses. We were handed an odd situation that quickly turned ugly (due to the seller's rep). However during the entire process Brooke was our rock. She was incredibly positive & beyond patient which was not an easy task. She did the work of both the seller's agent & represented us as buyers because the seller's agent was m.I.a. for weeks & their broker had been "unforthcoming" & breached a contract. She was an amazing warrior.Even Brooke's recommendations that we hired were great resources (inspection co mold remediation movers etc).We can not recommend her enough.

Brooke was a great agent me and my wife We're looking for a house for over 2 years. When we were referred to Brooke by my brother-in-law it was great she's a very nice and easy going person and Listen to what you want. she helped us every step of the way she got answers to all are questions bout homes we looked at. It's been one year since I met Brooke quite coincidentally. I was looking to buy a home out of the state I was living in called a realtor to see a house and met Brooke. The house was not "it" and we had limited time to spend on our trips before having to return home. Brooke was diligent in finding homes for us to see and it was not long that Brooke spotted the home we made an offer on. After the offer was excepted I was talking to a friend a realtor in yet another state she told me that I had a certain amount of time to accomplish this and that. She made me very concerned as moving to a new state I had no connections. I called Brooke she was calm and cheerful and let me know that everything had been put in motion and was being accomplished I had nothing to be concerned about. Even though all this transpired through the Christmas season the transaction was smooth quick and the keys were in my hand. So what should I say about Brooke as a business partner she was bright diligent got the information she needed from her experts she got the wheels rolling and the deal done. She's a winner.
