She answered right away and was very professional from the first phone conversation! She came to my house for the first time talked with me about my plans and ideas on selling the home! I listened closely on everything she was telling me about the market and the selling process! Everything she said was exact, literally through the whole sell of my house all the way to last signature at closing!! Any change that I needed to do on anything I contacted Brooke for first hand professional advice from her! I trusted her on every bit of the advice she gave me and it showed all the way through the sell of my home! Brooke emailed, texted, called many times through the selling process with updates or anything that was going on giving me complete details of everything! Paperwork from day one was always on time no errors on anything! Brooke was not only professional but took the time to be patient with my questions and kept in constant contact with me during the entire process.
