Having had bought a house before I kind of knew what to expect however my husband had not. Brooke went above and beyond in every single way possible. I was coming from South Dakota so we were doing everything over the phone, through text, email and doing walkthroughs while I was there for one visit. We packed probably 12 house tours over the course of 4 days. Brooke picked me up, drove me all over and then dropped me off again. She would pick every house apart and tell you everything you should look out for. We put an offer in on a house and she lined everything up that we were wanting to have done and when the offer fell through she got in another quickly! She thoroughly explained every document we signed, lined up the attorney for signing and even answered some questions I had for my own home sale back in South Dakota. We got everything we asked for and more. I would recommend Brooke to everyone. Not only was she an excellent realtor she ended up becoming a great friend to us.

Most realtors can get the job done, but Brooke looks out for you and makes sure you don’t get screwed over. She’s also super personable and friendly, very great to work with. She is very considerate and objective, we never felt like she pushed her opinions on our decision. We were really picky about houses and Brooke was very patient in holding out with us until we found something we liked. Both my husband and I got along with her. She has friends in all places and is super knowledgeable in the laws and all things home related. She didn’t make any mistakes with our stuff, but I know whole heartedly she would figure out a way to fix it at no expense to the client. (Not every realtor does this) Also, you need a realtor that isn’t afraid to call the other realtor out on their bluff. We experienced this and so glad we had Brooke on our side to prevent a very costly situation. Her communication was quick, I never waited more than 2 minutes for response and I was always in the know when progress was made on our offers. I only have positive things to report, I would definitely recommend her.

I dont even know where to start, Brooke was beyond helpful. She made the whole process from looking for a House to closing as easy as it can be for a buyer, not to mention a first home buyer. She walked me through every step of the way and anytime I had a question or concern she was there to make sure I was making the right choices and never once missed my call. During this process Brooke wasn't just my agent but she was a friend. Friends dont let other friends make bad decisions and thats exactly what Brooke did for me. I dont care where I am or the location of another house I may buy in the future, I will always be sure to contact Brooke first no matter what. I was definitely not aware of the difficulties that can occur when buying a home and honestly, if it weren't for Brooke making things as easy as she did, i don't know if I would've been able to get the house. Brooke was able to show me 3 homes the day we met and all 3 had everything that was needed. She was available at any time and always had answers. It was a great experience and i hope she will work with me in the future for my 2nd home purchase.
The first day I met with Brooke she had a very well put together binder with all the info i could ever need for buying my first home. We saw 3 places that same day and settled on the 3rd house. Brooke went above and beyond to help out in every way she could for me to be able to move my family into the house before purchasing it.
