Brooke Harper

We were backed into a corner with time running out for us when Brooke came in to help us sell our home of 16 years. She was able to assist with every aspect of the sale, from dealing with our current bank to juggling the multiple requests for viewing the property, and from always making time to provide us knowledge and guidance to her dropping everything and quite literally doing the legwork to make sure a last minute surprise demand was met. It all could have been so insanely stressful but Brooke took all of that stress onto herself and gave us the freedom to focus on getting ready for our move. She put the sign in the front yard over the weekend and the house was sold above asking price by Monday! It was the most incredible thing I have ever seen. She is amazing, outstanding, and better than we could have expected... and we were expecting a lot. There are ton of agents out there but if you're selling a home you can not do better than Brooke.
