Brooke is absolutely outstanding! Not only did she keep us posted on a daily basis during the sale of our old home & the purchase of our new home, she assisted us with packing and staging our home, provide reassurance during the rough spots, and explained all of the steps & paperwork to us. She technically had to sell our home 3 times when the first two sets of buyers didn’t work out. She was determined, professional, & caring. A true delight to work with! I’d recommend to everyone!

Brooke Grayson may be a realtor, but she is also an angel in disguise. When you sell your home, you are starting a new life. The circumstances of the old life are very different than the new, and when you are looking for a fresh start, it helps if it is positive. We could have had hundreds of other realtors to complete this sale, but we had Brooke. And I would go back to her a thousand times over because she treated us like family. Brooke also demonstrated other critical characteristics that lead to successful sales. Brooke was able to use her extensive sales knowledge to determine the right price and process for selling the home. She was transparent through every step, sharing with us the details of various challenges along the way. We hit some very significant bumps along the way, but Brooke led with positivity and provided guidance that concluded with a successful sale and money in our pockets.
