I saw firsthand her good relationship with the home inspector—and heard firsthand from his wife and business partner how well-respected and “fantastic!” Brooke is. I was introduced to Brooke Depot by my mortgage broker who described her as “kind and friendly---and an absolute pit bull when it comes to negotiating in your interest.” Quietly, without making a big fuss, Brooke evaluated every detail of the house I wanted to buy, literally from the mortar work at the top of the chimney to the stones in the foundation; the health of the trees in the yard to the status of the windows in the shed.
