Brooke assisted me in a highly complicated home sale, as well as a related purchase of a new home. I would not have been able to effect both transactions without her help, along with her team. She was always available when I needed her, and is unquestionably the reason I was able to purchase my new home. She also helped me get a better mortgage rate in a rising rate environment.

Brooke helped us buy our new home and sell our previous home. It was always easy to get in touch with Brooke and she answered all of the questions we had. When we were unsure of something Brooke would always give recommendations upon request. Brooke was very knowledgable about most aspects of buying and selling homes, but was upfront when knowledge was more specialized than she possessed. When we waited a bit too late to get the photographer we wanted to take pictures of our home for sale on our timeline, Brooke used her existing relationship with the photographer and convinced them to make time for us. It was overall a pleasure to work with Brooke and she was professional and knowledgable throughout the process.

Brooke was the best in helping me sell my house from out of state. She handled everything wonderfully including making recommending on finishes when fixing the house up to prepare to sell it.
