In fact, when our lender needed a water test, Brooke drove all the way out to the house (63 miles) to get the sample herself. Service like that is rare and exceptional! Brooke is very responsive when any questions or issues arise. She kept in touch with us every step of the way to make what can sometimes be a stressful process pleasant and enjoyable! Typically selling/buying a home can be a very stressful experience, however, I found working with Brooke to be the complete opposite. She is incredibly organized and on top of things.
