In fact, when our lender needed a water test, Brooke drove all the way out to the house (63 miles) to get the sample herself. Service like that is rare and exceptional! Brooke was amazing to work with! She always reached out to us in a very timely manner whenever new information became available (Inspection Report, Appraisal, Counter offers from Seller). She was very easy to get in touch with and answered every single question we had. The house we purchased is in Shelby and Brooke lives about 1.5 hours away, never once did she complain about the drive down and was always eager to help with whatever we needed. I highly recommend Brooke Bryant to anyone is looking to purchase or even sell their home!

I dreaded the thought of selling my house, but my desire to live full time at the beach overrode my dread. My husband and I met with several agents that were all recommended by friends we trust. Choosing Brooke Bryant to sell our home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We had concerns about what we should do to make our home as attractive as possible. Brooke helped us decide which upgrades we should make and which upgrades wouldn't really increase the appeal or value of our home. She was instantly on top of every question we had and always came up with an answer or solution in a very timely manner. We got Brookes suggestions done in a few days and she put the house on MLS. I definitely didn't want to live in the house while it was on the market so I left for the beach the same day she listed it. Next day, sitting on the beach, cool drink in hand, Brooke called to let us know we had a full price offer. House sold. Living my dream at the beach. Thanks largely to Brooke Bryant and her guidance. I've bought and sold several homes and would never have believed how painless it can be when you have a such a knowledgeable, hard working agent on your side. Typically selling/buying a home can be a very stressful experience, however, I found working with Brooke to be the complete opposite. She is incredibly organized and on top of things. She communicates very thoroughly. It was comforting to have her reassurance and experience as we went through the process. We had a couple issues come up once we had already moved out of the area and she went above and beyond to help us get them taken care of ASAP. She is an absolute joy to work with! She brings a lot of knowledge, passion and positivity to the table. I would highly recommend her and can't wait to be able to work with her again someday!
