Brooke has a really good grasp of the market and what it’s doing. She’s also very detailed oriented, organized and patient. We have used Brooke now on our third transaction with our houses and I couldn’t think of calling anyone else if I could (we now live out of state and couldn’t bring her with us). We got an acceptable offer before the open house, but Brooke still came over to catch the people that didn’t see the cancellation to explain and stayed the whole time. She’s that dedicated.
