We had to change agents and Brooke came in and took over and was so direct and fast. Before I knew it we had an offer in 10 days! I had a home contingent on the sale of this house and before I knew it we were leaving to move into our new home. Brooke managed to close the home the same day as the one we bought making our relocation to Arizona that much easier.
