Fantastic Realtor — Responsive, Knowledgeable & Truly Had My Back

Brook was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to jump in when something needed attention. There were a few complications along the way, particularly as we got closer to closing, and Brook was great about keeping things moving, communicating clearly, and helping work through issues as they came up. I was also handling the sale from out of state, and having someone I trusted locally made the entire process much easier. Most importantly, I always felt like Brook was looking out for my interests and genuinely cared about getting everything across the finish line. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the Wilmington area.
