Brook was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to jump in when something needed attention. There were a few complications along the way, particularly as we got closer to closing, and Brook was great about keeping things moving, communicating clearly, and helping work through issues as they came up. I was also handling the sale from out of state, and having someone I trusted locally made the entire process much easier. Most importantly, I always felt like Brook was looking out for my interests and genuinely cared about getting everything across the finish line. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the Wilmington area.

Brook Hall was definitely the right real estate agent to help us sell our home. She offered many tips and ideas to enhance our home to get it ready for sale. She also had a maintenance staff and contacts available to fix issues with our house. Such as replacing a hole in the brick wall trim in the garage and painting a ceiling beam. All done in a timely fashion. Best of all we got offered above asking price for our home. My husband and I highly recommend Brook to anyone who wants to sell their home. -Nancy B.
