I feel it was by no mistake I came across the path to my new home with Brock's professional assistance at BHG Journeys Real Estate. Day one I met Brock, he exhibited a personal comfort and service- orientated style that far exceeded my expectations. He took the time to know my preferences and what mattered most to me. When negotiations and closing came, he and the Mortgage Team really showed out and fought to find a solution when I was faced with a roadblock in the loan process. I could not recommend their team enough! As a VA nurse, my personal privilege to work with Brock, a local American Hero, has truly been one of my most experiences that I will not soon forget. Brock was incredible to work with, very knowledgeable of the area and exceptionally friendly. He was so helpful, getting us all the information we asked for and he knew exactly what to do throughout the process. He met us at the house several times and was very communicative. It was so nice of him to show up at the closing to give us the keys and was able to answer a few more of our questions. He never pressured us on anything and he's clearly an open, honest guy! Brock was always very quick to respond and book tours. He always moved as quickly as we did, if we wanted to hurry in to see a home, he made it happen, if we wanted to pump the brakes on something he went with that too. He gave us a lot of good advice that was helpful to us as first time buyers. It really felt like he had our best interest in mind when looking at homes and negotiating once we found the one we wanted. Brock was great, I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the NWA area.
