So here’s the deal, and it doesn’t get more glowing than this. I wanted to buy a house 300 miles away and I came to NWA for a week to look. Brock bent over backwards to make the most of my time there. He worked around my schedule, leveraged every contact he had, and really listened to incorporate our feedback on every house we saw. Because of all that, we were under contract within about 4 days. When the time came to make offers, he demonstrated deep knowledge of his market and delivered extremely favorable terms for us. I started looking in mid-January, closed on 2/20, and am moving in on 2/28. Brock got me into my dream house 300 miles away in 6 weeks flat.
