My first impression was how knowledgeable about the market and how professional and welcoming she was. We talked for awhile discussing and answering all my questions. I was nervous to sell our home but she made me feel very comfortable and was a very calming presence. Once I was ready to list the house, the photographer arrived within a few days and took beautiful pictures and drone shots. Throughout the entire process, communication was my #1 concern. Immediately, I realized that was not an issue. Brit was very prompt in responding to my texts or phone calls and she always took the time to explain or help me with any questions, especially when it came to our offer. I was also very grateful to her for popping over to the home from time to time to check on things for me. This saved me a lot of time since I live out of the area. I am not sure where to start as I have so many wonderful things to say about Brit. From her patients to work with mixed preferences between me and my husband. We were relocating from FL to GA. Didn’t know the area and picking homes all over the place with extreme swings in terrain. She watched and listed to our reactions, asked questions.
