I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Brit Patterson. Brit arrived for our initial meeting with a thorough packet of information about her process along with the comps. My first impression was how knowledgeable about the market and how professional and welcoming she was. We talked for awhile discussing and answering all my questions. I was nervous to sell our home but she made me feel very comfortable and was a very calming presence. Once I was ready to list the house, the photographer arrived within a few days and took beautiful pictures and drone shots. Throughout the entire process, communication was my #1 concern. Immediately, I realized that was not an issue. Brit was very prompt in responding to my texts or phone calls and she always took the time to explain or help me with any questions, especially when it came to our offer. I was also very grateful to her for popping over to the home from time to time to check on things for me. This saved me a lot of time since I live out of the area. From the time I decided to move forward with Brit, to the time I actually closed on the house, it was 2 months. Well Done!!!
