We picked Brittany pretty much at random off of a Zillow listing. She asked via email and phone about our interests, and sent us a set of pdf listings in Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, and Pinehurst that conformed to our size and cost limitations. We chose ones that were interesting to us, from her list and from Zillow, and met her at her office. She took us around, where we saw a cross section of houses that ranged over the area, including new and existing construction, and over different living styles (rural, urban; condominium, townhouse, gentile estate; mixed generation and predominantly retired). She was frank and open with us and was not manipulative; in particular, she didn't advocate for houses that we criticized. There was no sales pressure. She didn't try in an obvious way to persuade us to buy any of the houses we saw (she was generally positive about each prospect, but saw flaws and conflicts with our needs). She grew up in the area, is knowledgeable about the area's character. Her demeanor was professional and personable; it was enjoyable to meet and interact with her. When we decided to make an offer, she was efficient, and acted as our advocate with the sellers and their agent.

While in the middle of a major move, Brittany made the purchase of a new home much less stressful. Highly qualified and capable, she is a phenomenal broker that catered to specifically to my needs. I strongly recommend her services to anyone.
