Before listing my property with Brittany, I interviewed 4 other realtors, from different companies. Brittany was the most knowledgeable of the area and knew how to market equestrian property. She presented comps to support the listing price and was confident she could sell the house. Within 2 weeks I had not one, but two full price offers!
