Brittany was referred to us and we are so happy she was. After our initial call to go over our wants for a new home and our price range, she immediately starting showing us homes. As First Time Home Buyers, she walked us through what we needed to understand of the market and the trends. We put an offer on the first place but the owners were stonewalled, and she also said it wasn’t worth our time or money. The second place we saw and got our offer accepted in a 24 hour time window. Could be our above asking price offer and a few other items, but Brittany was in constant contact of the owners realtor the entire time. We closed within 21 days and only 1 week of looking at homes. I would choose Brittany again for the East Bay.

I’m going to get straight to the point - Brittany is one of the most skilled, empathetic, and professional real estate agents around. Her knowledge of the market is unprecedented. She has a strong pulse on the industry, and is a leader in her field. We were first time home buyers, and naturally had a lot of questions about the home-buying process. Brittany was recommended to us, and this was a very fortunate recommendation. From the beginning until the end, Brittany was extremely responsive, thorough, and informative. She would text or call back within minutes to questions or concerns. When houses hit the market, we would get a notification from Brittany if it met the criteria we established with her. When we wanted to see a home, she would rapidly arrange for a visit and accompany us to countless open houses as well. An important point - never did we feel that we were burdening Brittany with our questions, or the time we took to examine a home in fine detail. Brittany would examine with us, and point out aspects to the house we otherwise wouldn’t consider. The home we ended up buying would never have been ours without Brittany. She knew the neighborhood well and was aware of homes before they even hit the MLS. This gave us an edge in our transaction. Once we were in escrow, Brittany had high quality recommendations for all services that we needed (inspections, warranties, title companies, etc). Brittany went above and beyond to help us with our first home purchase! Not only did she help us find our home, she recommended painters and other trades to come in and help us make our home ours. Brittany is the best! She is extremely communicative, and her response time to all of our needs or questions were either instant or done asap. She knew about all the areas we asked about, and if there was anything she didn't know at the time, you can bet that she is going to figure it out in no time. She was honest and thorough through the whole entire process and made sure all the contingencies were completed on or before schedule.
