Found a house, tho the negotiations were difficult, we love the deal. It was Brittany’s persistence and communication skills that kept our purchase on schedule. In our situation, there were numerous inspections with needed repairs. Brittany was able to coordinate the inspectors and estimators so that our repairs costs could be calculated and the negotiations updated. It was complicated but went smoothly.
