I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Lang, who helped me both sell my previous home and purchase my new one. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. She truly cared about making the process go smoothly and gave it her all every step of the way. Even though she’s newer to real estate, she worked hard to learn along the way and showed genuine dedication to helping me get everything done. Found a house, tho the negotiations were difficult, we love the deal. It was Brittany’s persistence and communication skills that kept our purchase on schedule. In our situation, there were numerous inspections with needed repairs. Brittany was able to coordinate the inspectors and estimators so that our repairs costs could be calculated and the negotiations updated. It was complicated but went smoothly.
