I purchased a new construction home through a reputable builder. Everyone asked my why did I use a Real Estate agent? I never dreamed I would have had as many issues with a new build as I did. Some of my issues were serious. Having Brie by my side was invaluable. Her experience in the new build area got me through some very intense discussions and meetings with the quality of my home. She was quick to point out red flags on houses and teach me what to lookout for in a home. When the time came to put in offers she was able to determine fair prices and never pressure me into going outside my comfort range.
