Bridgette Young

We decided to sell our home in the midst of a slowing market for short term rental properties. Bridget came to the house and gave us her honest opinion about the condition of the house (beautiful) and its marketability. She let us set our price and gave us her honest opinion that it was a good price. From that point on she kept us advised about the market in our area and the market in general. She suggested ideas for increasing buyer interest, gave her thoughts on when to change the listing price, and when to have open houses. She left it to us to decide when to change the listing price. She was never pushy and was always in communication with us. We always felt that we were her only clients and we were the most important thing to her. She was always encouraging and told us often that there IS someone looking for exactly our house. We just needed to be patient until they find it.

This is our third home purchase with Bridgette as our realtor. As with all our other purchases everything went smooth. Little do we know about what’s happening behind the scenes tho, as Bridgette is doing all the heavy lifting. For this investment property we told Bridgette our best scenario price we wanted to pay and she actually got it under for us. I know she did some hard negotiating for us! I can’t praise Bridgette enough for all she does above and beyond. You want her on your side for house buying or selling!

I can promise you that nobody works harder than Bridgette Young to sell your house or help you find your new one. Selling your home can be stressful and emotional and it helps beyond measure to have an agent who listens and cares about what you need throughout the process. Her personality is magnetic which can be the edge you need to swing things your way in every situation. She advocates for you every step of the way and does not quit until the job is done in its entirety. I am so grateful for Bridgette and her team and cannot recommend her enough.

Bridgette has been awesome to work with. She helped me buy a townhouse remotely in a hot hot market. She went around taking videos, going above and beyond, so I can understand the neighborhoods. She found a fantastic townhouse that she later sold for me at a profit in a slowing market. She helped me take care of so much in the walk through process when I wasn’t able to be there and sold it faster than expected, all while hunting for a new home that I bought with her. I can’t say enough how much help Bridgette has been through all of these processes. Buying a home is known to be one of the most stressful things to do, but Bridgette makes it so much easier.
