Bridget Potterton was fantastic! She sold my recently deceased mother's home for us for 60k over original appraisal. She helped us make some very serious financial decisions concerning the house. We trusted her professional expertise and it really paid off. Bridget used her own 3D software and virtual staging software, as well as a great photographer - no cost to us! (We talked to another realtor that wanted us to spend $3500 of our own money on a stager.)
